Randy Bailey
President and Co-Founder
Randy Bailey - President and Co-Founder
Randy has over 38 years of sales experience in a variety of organizations. Prior to co-founding GPI, Randy has held several industry positions including Vice President of sales with an industry manufacturing company and co-founder, President and CEO of a prior manufacturing and distribution company.
In addition Randy is a partner in a registered investment firm, and a licensed real estate sales agent. Randy has led GPI from $2 million in revenue to over $25 million in 17 years and has shaped the sales practices of the company as well as hired key individuals in the sales force.
Randy developed GPI’s private label program with its largest national customer and has personal relationships with owners and executives of GPI’s largest customers.
Brian Beck
Chief Financial Officer & Founding Member
Brian Beck - CFO and Co-Founder
Brian has 27 years of experience in accounting and finance beginning with a former Big Five accounting firm, Arthur Andersen. Brian’s scope of responsibilities at Andersen included financial audits of manufacturing, health care, lumber yards, and software organizations.
Brian also worked in the London office of Andersen performing financial due diligence and forecast evaluations for multinational privatizations such as the privatization of a major camera and microscope manufacturer by a London investment bank. Brian’s later career included full outsourcing of an internal audit department for a regional healthcare system and IPOs by two software companies and a battery manufacturing operation.
Brian has also held a position as CFO in Berkshire Hathaway’s Homestate companies, a collection of six property-casualty insurance companies with operations across the U.S. Most recently, Brian has held the role of co-founder and CFO of GPI during its growth, overseeing activities related to financial reporting, tax planning, and helping to drive company strategy.
Lance Bailey

Lance Bailey - COO and Co-Founder
Lance is responsible for all product development, customer training programs, managing sourcing relationships, and the internal break bulk distribution activities. He has led the development of the company’s patent portfolio associated with GPI’s key products.
Lance brings hands-on product knowledge gained through his prior experience in the remodeling and construction industry, including as a welder, carpenter, and leatherworker who designs and makes products that focus on quality and innovation. That experience is invaluable to the company in the design, tooling, and development of GPI’s product portfolio which is recognized by customers as easy to manufacture, sell and install.
His point of sale experience with homeowners, contractors, and the distribution/wholesale market has helped him to develop and oversee one of GPI’s largest and most productive sales territories.
